03 / THE PERSON BEHIND THE WORK
My career has grown from hands-on technical support to leading enterprise programs. That perspective stays with me: systems work best when they work for people.
I spent 15 years at Microsoft across Surface, Xbox, repair engineering, and support operations. Today, I’m Director of IT Operations at Corporate Imaging Concepts, where I co-lead the IT department with the Director of Application Development, reporting directly to the CEO.
I lead six employees across SAP, LEIF, Infrastructure, and Security, and jointly oversee IT budget and strategy. Alongside that work, I explore new ways to build with AI.
